All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific services booked through Nobility Luxury Travel Co. Since we work with third-party vendors to arrange trips, your cancellation options may be subject to the policies of these vendors.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to supporting you to the best of our ability. We will endeavor to work with our vendors to accommodate your needs within their cancellation guidelines.

Please review the cancellation policy provided by the specific vendor for the service you have booked. If you need to cancel your booking, contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in navigating the cancellation process and exploring available options.

Please note that cancellation fees or penalties imposed by vendors may apply. Any refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined by the vendor and may take time to process.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the cancellation policies established by our vendors.

All travel consultant and administrative event fees are nonrefundable.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nobility Luxury Travel Co., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of these terms and conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland for the resolution of any disputes.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Participation in retreats or activities organized by Nobility Luxury Travel Co. may involve physical exertion, travel to remote locations, and exposure to unfamiliar environments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically and physically fit to participate in such activities.

Nobility Luxury Travel Co. does not provide medical or health-related services. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any activities if you have any concerns about your health or fitness level.

Nobility Luxury Travel Co. shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or other health-related issues that may occur during or as a result of your participation in our retreats or activities.

Client Responsibility Disclaimer:

As a participant in retreats organized by Nobility Luxury Travel Co., it is your responsibility to thoroughly review all details, including but not limited to travel itineraries, accommodations, activities, and any associated terms and conditions provided by Nobility Luxury Travel Co. Failure to review and confirm the accuracy of these details may result in misunderstandings or discrepancies during the retreat.

Please note that while Nobility Luxury Travel Co. strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of all arrangements, we act solely as a facilitator between clients and various vendors. We do not control the actions or policies of these vendors, including but not limited to airlines, accommodations, transportation providers, and activity organizers.

Nobility Luxury Travel Co. shall not be held liable for any additional fees, transportation changes, alterations in services, or any other discrepancies made by vendors. Clients are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions provided by vendors and to communicate any concerns or special requirements to Nobility Luxury Travel Co. prior to confirming their retreat booking.

By participating in our retreats, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree that Nobility Luxury Travel Co. bears no responsibility for any issues arising from changes made by vendors or any additional fees incurred.

Disclaimer:

Dr. Kristy Taylor operates Nobility Luxury Travel Co. as the banner company, providing a platform for independent travel consultants. Each travel consultant working under the Nobility Luxury Travel Co. banner is individually licensed, bonded, and insured. While Nobility Luxury Travel Co. is owned and operated by Dr. Kristy Taylor, it does not assume liability for the actions or services provided by independent consultants. Clients engaging the services of a travel consultant under the Nobility Luxury Travel Co. banner acknowledge and accept that any contractual relationship or agreement entered into is solely between themselves and the respective consultant. Dr. Kristy Taylor and Nobility Luxury Travel Co. shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the services provided by independent consultants.

All travel consultants operating independently under the Nobility Luxury Travel Co. banner are subject to the same conditions, terms, and protections as outlined for clients in the Terms of Agreement section for services provided under the Nobility Luxury Travel Co. banner. These provisions are in place to ensure that consultants are afforded the same level of protection and adherence to standards as our valued clients.
